Photographic Truth

In Graphic and Design class we were told to pick a movie that we would like to star in. We were told to put ourselves inside of the movie. We took 6 photos and analyzed how we were going to pose fro each image. We used the magnetic lasso to crop ourselves into another image. “Photographic Truth” means to take a picture and make it believable.
I picked a movie called “Fast Five.” I picked 6 images and made them all 5x7. I took my images and used Magnetic Lasso to crop me out and add me to the Fast Five image. After a little of blending and resizing I made it look as if I’m in the image.
The theme I used was the movie “Fast Five.” I chose that theme because that movie was so good. My presence alter he meaning of the image because basically I was the only Spanish person there.
I learned from “Photographic Truth” was that anything can be made believable with a little tweaking. I learned how to use a magnetic lasso correctly. I liked the assignment because it made me be apart from something I enjoyed watching. No it was not difficult it was easy. Yes I was successful in my creation. One thing I’ll do differently next time is to try and pose better.
